it looks it needs 256M dram to support gatekeeper. Is there any other version which supports gatekeeper with just 128M dram? thanks. just want to test this in the lab.

If you take 7200 series routers, then for gatekeeper the memory requirement for 12.2(15)T12 is 128MB DRAM and 16MB Flash.
