Can any one tell weather 3550-12G switch is good enough for Campus design as distribution switchs and for L3 config and for redundant design. (for Building block design) connect three building block via two 3508 used as core L2 switches)
Can 2 10/100/1000 ports on 3550 12G be configured to do Link Agrigation between the Distribution Switches

Yes, the Catalyst 3550-12G switch is good enough for Campus design as a distribution switch and for L3 config and for redundant design. As long as it has enough Gigabit Ethernet ports to connect to both your access switches and the core switches, and you only need the L3 to route TCP/IP traffic.
Yes, the two 10/100/1000 ports can be configured to do Gigabit EtherChannel between two switches. There won't be any 10/100/1000 ports left for the third 3550-12G to connect to, though.
Hope that helps.
