GLC-GE-100FX status "incompatible" on WS-C6504-E

On a WS-C6504-E with WS-SUP720-3B on module WS-X6724-SFP.  Running version 12.2(33)SXJ3.

I'm trying to use a GLC-GE-100FX in the module, but the status is saying "incompatible".  I've tried changing the speed and a few other things, but no luck.  Is there a work around or is this gbic just not recognized on this module?

Hi,

I think that module only takes 1G SFPs. The 100Fx are supported in WS-X6148-FE-SFP.
