Solved: Re: Help ISR4331 not recognizing LTE card

Trying to bring up an ISR4331 that has 2 - LTE cards installed in it.

When I type LTERouter# show facility-alarm status, I see that the LTE cards which are installed in subslot 0/1 and 0/2 have a "Critical" alarm and in the description it says "Active Card Removed OIR Alarm [0]

Except the cards are installed in the chassis.

Any suggestions on what I should try next to activate these cards? Also, do I need a license to activate these LTE cards on the ISR?

Raise a TAC Case.
There are no error messages displayed that points to a hardware failure.

This only leave a firmware bug.

Console into the chassis and reboot.

Now when I type "sh facility-alarm status", I see the following
