Hi all
i am trying to put an analysis for a customer of mine on High availability.....i need links to a paper that explains the standard terminology on calculating the '4 x 9s".....similar to MTBF/(MTBF+MTTR)...but more interested in how you correlate that across a campus design where you would use dual Cat6500s at the core and voice etc.
