HOSTFLAPPING error from ports with APC 9617

Have cat 4500 with sup IV, occasionally get messages that some servers mac address is flapping to a port that has an APC UPS network management card in it. Tried to capture a trace, it seems like the card may be receiving packets and spitting them back again.

Has anyone heard of these phenomena?

This error means that a host which was learned on one port has moved to another port. This error is generally seen with a spanning tree loop. Do you have redundant links in your topology?
