Are other apps like RME and Campus Manager also installed wih DFM?. If you're not changing the hostname then changing the ip address may not require any changes to the files per: http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/RME/winnt_hostname.html which you may have already seen.

Yes, I have installed LMS and RWAN Solutions.

I have already seen the document without any solution.

Uninstall and re-install, restore database and now it runs correctly.
