How can I identify which kind of dram are in use on 2600 series by IOS ?

Hello,

I need to discovery, by IOS command, if router (2600) are working with 2 bank of 16m or just one bank of 32m.

I realized that to have this kind of information I need to open the box /chassi and check which hardware(memory) is placed (for instance: 2 x 16M or 1 x 32M).

I didn't find a specific command and maybe, with a set of IOS commands I can find what I want.
