How to Configure nGenius 1.4

Hi NetPro,

Good Day,i am totally new to CWLMS especially nGenius 1.4. does any idea how to configure it ? actually, i installed the (i)5th Edition,(ii)Resource Manager Essentials 3.4,(iii)Campus Manager 3.2,(iv)Device Fault Manager 1.2. and i also done the (v)nGenius(Separte Server). but,after installed how to make 2 servers communicate to each others.

Have you had a chance to look at the nGenius User Guide yet?. If not, then have a look, it will answer all of your questions on how to setup and use RTM.

Hi rmushtaq,

unfortunately, i dont have any reference,but i have "NetScout nGenius Real-Time Monitor 1.4 Release Notes" and "Supplement and Release Notes for NetScout nGenius Real-Time Monitor Release 1.4" only, but it is just basic thing only. currently, i already installed the 5 CDs. but, regarding the nGenius, i got no idea how to configure it.

Do you have any User Guide or some info. can send to me ?
