How to know the VIP type by "show diag"?

Hi,everyone,I have a question:

information-based of "cisco 7XXX show diag", how to know which one VIP type ?

The value of the EEPROM address 0x21 is what tells you which VIP it is. This link has the information you need:

By the way yours is a VIP2-50
