if you dont have a compact flash slot you could always use x-modem from hyperterminal to download

an image

I dont think the 37xx allow you to change the baud rate ( I could be wrong)...Xmodem at 9600 baud can take hours to load a 20 MB + IOS image. Your best bet is to download a 6 or 7 Meg IP ONly feature set IOS and first upgrade the router using XModem and once you have done this upgrade, you should be able to download your required IOS (20+ MB in size) using TFTP. (copy tftp flash command).
