How to obtain RAM modules serial numbers

Hi,

How can I obtain the Serial number of a RAM or SDRAM module installed on the MSFC of a 6500 Catalyst switch?

I think it should be on the back side of the SDRAM. For any device or module the serial number of the device will be on the module itself. Check on the module if you see the serial number.

Thanks a lot for your answer, but that link does contain info about catching serial numbers for all kind of hardware but the SDRAM modules :(
