how to recovery 3550 switch

hi :

I have such bad problem, somebody config the username and password to console 0 during the exerise,but he forgetted the information he entered.

every time when i access the switch thouge console 0 ,the switch told me to enter the username and password, but everyone do't know it.

how can i recovery the switch to the default status. Does me follow the procedure to recovery from "forgotten password can take effect?

hi stone,

if the guy who changed the password had not done a "wr mem", then you can just reboot the switch and get into the switch with old passwords..
