Anyone know how to generate a report that will display inactive switch ports? We have cat 6500, 3500, and 2900 switches. About 300 switches altogether. I would like to disable inactive ports.
I have CiscoWorks LMS, but I cannot fand a way to us it to produce these reports.
Maybe another application to suggest?

From Campus Manager's Topology Services->Layer 2 View, select the switch->Port Attributes->View->Unused Ports. Free ware" http://www.scd.ucar.edu/nets/docs/portlists/ also does the same.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, the freeware at http://www.scd.ucar.edu web link is outdated and the file at ftp://ftp.ucar.edu/pub/siemsen/switchmap-8.0.tar.gz does not exist. Too bad for me because it seems like it will provide me what I need. I send a message to the webmaster asking for help. Hopfully I'll get a reply.
Also, Campus Manager does list ports that are currently not in use. But I need to know how long they have been unused (or inactive). ex. if a port has been inactive for 2 weeks, it will be reclaimed, or disabled.
