My 2811 router keeps generating the follwing syslog messages

*Jun 12 12:11:04.883: %IDMGR-3-INVALID_ID: bad id in id_delete (bad id)

-Traceback= 0x412D6B14 0x42E5D694 0x424F59A4 0x424EA5E0 0x424E9D6

The Output interpreter did not give any conclusive answer.

Can anyone tell em what does it exactly mean and how it affects my router

Narayan

this idmgr error needs to be remedied for full functionality. basically it's stating the ID manager has encountered a severe error.

%IDMGR-3-INVALID_ID : bad id in [chars]

Explanation An ID manager error has occurred.

Recommended Action Copy the error message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log, contact your Cisco technical support representative, and provide the representative with the gathered information.

may need TAC to be able to explain exactly what caused this.
