ILMI state "Not Verified" on a PVC

ILMI State is "UpAndNormal" between the routers(7200) which says that 0/16 PVC is up and both routers are reporting the correct Remote peer IP address.I have this PVC 0/364 which has "ILMI MANAGE" enabled (OAM manage is disabled) on both routers, but for some reason I could not bring this PVC UP.SHOW ATM PVC is reporting

"ILMI VC status: Not Verified

VC is managed by ILMI

Status: DOWN, State: NOT_VERIFIED".

Can somebody help me with this?

It seems to match the following bug, CSCdy36665. Not sure what version of the IOS you are using. Check the bug tool kit for more details.
