Installation of ITEM2.0 failed on CiscoWorks Server

Hi,

I am trying to install ITEM2.0 on a existing CiscoWorks Server and I get a error saying "Please uninstall Cisco Common Services to continue installation".

I will appreciate any help on this.

Are there any other apps installed on the same server with Common Services 2.2, like RWAN/LMS?. If so, then ITM2.0 cannot be installed on it.

nGenius RTM.

I guessed we need another dedicated server for ITEM2.0. Thanks for the response.
