Interface Resets????

Could somebody please tell me why this interface is giving a lot of collisions and interface resets?

I have verified the spped and duplex but the problem still there. Any other suggestion?

What is this connected to. Check the cabling and any speed and duplex mismatches.

As chuck said def somethin to do with the cabling the reliability is also not 100% .its just whopin up at 252/255.
