Please how can erase the IP Address on a Serial interface.Thanks.

well go in interface mode and give the command "no ip address" thats all

Enter in interface configurationg mode and type the command "NO IP ADDRESS "

for example

ROUTER>EN

ROUTER#CONF T

ROUTER(config)#interface ethernet 0/0

ROUTER(config-if(#no ip address 12.0.0.1 255.0.0.0
