IPSec tunnel not coming up on ISR4331

Hi guys.

My client replaced an ISR1941 with an ISR4331. On the 1941, there is an ipsec tunnel which works fine but doesn't come up on the 4331. The configurations are identical. Any ideas?

Have you tried running a debug on the new isr

Do you have the SEC/H-SEC license applied?

Yes sec licence is applied. We upgraded to the latest firmware and
everything is now working fine. Thanks for your support.
