Is Cat6500 MSFC2 and SUP2 256 DRAM Compatible?

Hi. Has anyone tried using Cat6500 MSFC2 (MEM-MSFC2-256MB) DRAM as a substitute for SUP2 (MEM-SUP2-256MB) DRAM? I've already done this with our Cat6500 and was able to boot it up, but i'm worried of any hardware instabilities (if there is any)that may arise with the swapping once i get the box into production. Any feedback on your experience with this setup would be helpful. thanks.

MEM-S2-256MB and MEM-MSFC2-256MB are the same and interchangeable.
