Is there any compatibilty issue btw PA-T3 with NM-1T3/E3?

Tested on 7513 PA-T3 to connect to remote site via 7200 PA-T3 no issue. Line is up.

Tested on 7513 PA-T3 to connect to remote site via 3660 using NM-1T3/E3. AL Alarm. Line is down.

Below is my sample config 3660

Is there anything else need to be configured on the controller or serial interface? Or is there any compatibilty issue?

Try and check that the same linecode, framing and clocking are configured at both ends. I do not see why they should not work together.
