Now, if the CEF exact route on the MSFC is different from the one on the PFC, is this a CEF inconsistency?
Should I worry about it?

Hi,
No, no reason to worry.
An excerpt from http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps708/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a008007fafc.html#1107403 below, which indicates that pfc might have different information compared to the msfc

CEF for PFC2 provides Layer 3 switching for all packets that match a complete forwarding information base (FIB) entry (see the "Understanding the FIB" section). CEF for PFC2 sends all packets that match an incomplete FIB entry (one where the MAC address has not been resolved) to the MSFC2 to be routed until the MSFC2 resolves the MAC address.
