ISDN BRI-4 callback to garbage number

I've got a Cisco 2621 with a bri4 module, when i make a connection from a workstation there's no problem but when i change the line into callback i can wait forever on the workstation. With debug i can see that it's trying to call a strange number (see below). How can i solve this?

Note : Ios 12.2(8)T4

You seem to be running into CSCdw63293 "callback is calling garbage" which is duplicated to CSCdu50702 & fixed in 12.2(8.5)T...upgrading to the latest 12.2(15)T5 should resolve the issue.
