ISDN dial up with Cisco 803 for 2-Bchannel

We are having an ISDN line terminated in an NT1. from one port of the NT1 we have connected a Cisco 803 router & from the second port we have connected a ISDN phone (Philips GE168x). we are not able to dial-out from the ISDN phone if the router is connected to the NT1. If we remove the ISDN line from the router we are able to dial out from the ISDN phone. what could be the problem.

i think this is if you have one number for both channels you cannot do as above, if possible ask your service provider to put a different number on the second channel and then this should work
