Letting Public IP's through Cisco 678 DSL Modem/Router

I have a cisco 678 DSL Modem/Router that is currently performing NAT and DHCP for my internal network. I am going to put a web server in the network that ABSOLUTELY NEEDS a public IP address on it's interface. I have a block of 5 outside IP's from my ISP and I want to use 1 for the internal network by using a second Linksys router and I want the other 4 to be directly accessible by the server. The problem is, I can't unhook the cisco 678 because it is my modem. Is it possible to let the outside addresses through the cisco box and use the linksys for DHCP and NAT.

(I know what your thinking, but) No, I can't use port forwarding and static NAT for the server because the control panel software that I am going to use needs an outside IP on the interface for Licensing and Copy protection Issues. That is why I need an answer to my above question ASAP. If I need to order new hardware and/or the cisco box won't do what I want, please tell me. Thanks.

Static NAT seems to be the best option, but you will not be able to use it and you might need to have another router that might help you provide nat/dhcp for internal users.
