I have a PRN circuit that is currently slowly incrementing input line errors. By slowly I mean 600 or so an hour. I have allowed the telco to test the line, they now say that they must go on site to test further. Is there anything I should know or watch out for when they get there? Does anybody have any idea what the cause could be?
Thanks for any help, I am fairly new to this type of setup.

It sounds like a bad cable pair or other physical layer issue. Usually the tech will test and repair with the CO with little input from the user. When they're done, they turn it back over to the user to verify everything is working correctly.
