Local Area Network Management Software

Hi,

I am looking for a specific software that manages network status specially for the hubs and switches btw we use Cisco 2950 switches on our network.. Is Cisco Works 2000 is the best choice for these needs..

Or can you advise me for the best solution we need specially for load balancing and management..
