Is it a safe size to make the logging buffered size say 3 times the default. The default is 4096 and I made it 3 times that . The box is a 6500 Sup 2 with 512 meg of memory . Would this be a safe size for most switches ??

Hi Glen,
there should be no problems arising from increasing the logging buffer size by some kB compared to several hundred MB memory present.
