Looking for a stable Cat Os for upgrade

Any Suggestions for a stable cat os ? I have 2 6506 with 4 1000BaseX Supervisor WS-X6K-SUP1A-2GE. I'm upgrading memory to 128mb. At this time intervlan routing is not used. Its strictly being used in Ecommerce data center environment.

5.x is end of engineering and 6.x will be sometime in the future. If you have 128MB DRAM, consider latest in 7.6(x) train. This train will be General Deployment sometime this year,

I'm running 6.3-4, I just downloaded

cat6000-supk8.7-6-5.bin is that ok?

We have 7.6(11) and I would go with cat6000-supk8.7-6-11.bin
