Loos of layer 3 traffic on a frame-relay to ATM connection

When the CSU/DSU on the frame-relay side resets the connection does not come back up. The ATM side shows it up but I cannot pass layer 3 traffic.

After a shut/no shut on the ATM it comes right back up and passes traffic.

Are their any config settings that would effect this?

Might want to raise your atm idle-timeout entry. The default is 300 seconds, so raise it appropriately and monitor to see if the problem goes away.
