Is it normal to have max bandwidth 30 Mbps in fastethernt (100 Mbps)?

My Network using cat5500 as core switch, 21 acess switches (13 conneted directly to core) , 8 hubs (4 conneted directly to core), 10 servers and number of user around 300.

Backbone is fiber ( core to switch)

Servers to core 100 Mbps

All in same subnet.

Since all these are in the same broadcast domain that can be understood as normal. Time for a transition to multi subnet/vlan structure divided by layer-3 devices.

Thanks for help, in case of subnet/vlan does i need DNS , exhange , DHCP.. servers in each vlan, If not how i'll make vlans separate from each other and at the same time using same servers?

In case you've seperated your network using vlans/subnets you'll need a layer-3 device to connect these subnets, that device will provide routing between seperate subnets. You won't need seperate servers for each vlan but for the services that clients use broadcasts to locate the server (e.g. DHCP) you need a few lines of configuration on router interfaces. Regarding size of you network probably you'll need a detailed baslining and design effort before transition from switched to routed network. Those documents may help from design standpoint but if you're new to the subject and alone in this project Cisco BCMSN (Building Cisco Multilayer Switched Networks) training or BCMSN book will help a lot:
