Monitoring DFC Processor Utilization

Does anyone have suggestions on pulling MIB for DFC Processor utilazation? Example: A WS-X6516-GBIC with a WS-F6K-DFC. This 7600 has a Main SUP2/MSFC2 and then each line card has it's own DFC. The DFC has it's own R7000 CPU at 250Mhz allong with packet Memory. I am trying to locate the MIBS to use for these devices. I haven't been able to identify which MIBs are will work. Any suggestions?

You need to poll entPhysicalEntry in ENTITY-MIB.

The only thing I get remotely close to what I need is the following:

entPhysicalDescr.3005 WS-F6K-DFC Distributed Forwarding Card Rev. 2.3

entPhysicalDescr.2005 WS-F6K-DFC Distributed Forwarding Card Rev. 2.5

What specific Entity mib is there for these Processors and memory on the DFC daughter boards.
