I wanted to know what exactly u want to do ?

ip nat source inside static 10.1.1.1 202.54.1.1

with this command we make inside source to a destination ip address only.

comeout with clear idea .

I do not want to translate the source address

I only want to statically translate the destination IP address?

thats what i wanted to know , towhere do you want to translate the destination ip address ?

(source can be translated to destination....but destination cant be!)

If you can not make use of the standard NAT configuration to translate to the destination (as the inside) and if throughput is not an issue, you could consider protocol translation and sned the traffic out to a dummy X.25 and back in again ?
