I'm a installing one NCM for a client Demo.
From this link I found that I need to contact TAC to get a license:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/cw2000/ncm/ncm1_0/ncm_lisc/ncm_lic.htm
Since I've open a TAC case but still have no CSE assigned.
Does this really needed for product DEMO?
Any issues connecting NCM with one DFM ? and more than one DFM ?
TIA,
MPereira

Did you get this NCM directly from SMARTS?. If so, then you need to contact them directly for the license.

I've got this directly from Cisco (Portuguese Cisco Office), as a normal "Cisco Evaluation Kit" like other CiscoWorks products.
Does it really needs a license? I found strange since I'm a Cisco Gold Partner but until now haven't got a CSE assigned to this case (open last friday).

Case resolved and closed.
Cisco office forgot to send by email the temp license. So everytime we request this eval kit they generate a 90 days license.
Not the best way since if I need to install another demo after this, I need to ask for a new license/EVAL KIT.
