Ngenius Issue

CAn someone help me on this one..

I have a issue with view the LINK Usage--> LInk usage overtime,

I have two router 3640 lacation A & location B

A & B router are the same configs are the same

checked the snmp no problem ,

on the Ngenius -- workspace , when i try gettng the link usage information it give no data ..i get an output for only B not A ,

any help on this one.

Are you sure the 3640 is supported?

Hi,

The link Usage information is not showing up in Ngenius Performance Manager

Ngenius version 2.0.1

& I do see it on Router B it is also 3640 router.

Both these router are 3640-IS-M version 12.3(9)
