nGenius server cannot start

HI,

I am having cisco works2000 and nGenuis installed on same machine. Ciscoworks2000 working fine but when I start the RTM it gives me error saying that The dependency Service or group failed to start.

There is no information about it in the guide.

I need help....

What is the version of RTM that you're using?. Is it on Windows or Solaris?. The recommendation is to install RTM on a separate server. Any error message seen during the install of RTM?

I am using RTM version 1.4 for windows with 2000 sp2. Do you think that I need to install on other server not with cw2000? When I install on same pc, it does not give me error while installation....And when I go in start, programme and go to run nGenius server...then cmd opens and after while a message come saying in last email....

I'll try and see how it goes...
