NTP and cw2k on solaris

I have a minor problem regarding NTP i use TZ=ECT and the router i has as NTP server run TZ=WET.

When i start xntpd it set the solaris 1 hour behind the actualy time, and is also 1 hour behind the NTP server? The only thing i have in the ntp.conf is the server statment. Any idea why

Well the doc i had wasn't that good TZ=MET and eveything works on LMS22 and solaris 8
