Output Buffer Faiulres

Hi friend.

I have a Catalyst 3500XL. When I have a trouble on the network, I use to use "show interface.." for seeing if something is wrong. I have noticed a lot of "OUTPUT BUFFER FAILURES" on almost all the fastethernet interfaces. And there are a lot of statistics. Where can I learn, or read, how to interpretate this statistics?. Specifically, what does that "output buffer failures" mean, and how can I solve it?.
