PC Fastethernet0 is down when linked to switch in packet tracer

When I linked PC12 and PC13 to Switch5, the link always down.  version 8.2.1

@101102 seems like bug in the PKT. just use 2 new PCs.

Delete PC12 ans 13

Re create 2 PCs and plug them on Switch5.

That should be ok !

Port 4 and 5 on Switch5 shouldn't be available, so install another switch too !
