Pinnacle Error on 6509 Startup

My customer haves a 6509 with 1 Sup Engine 2 MFC2, 2 X6548, 1 WS-X6348 and 1 X6408-GBIC.

When the Switch turned on this message appears in the serial console:

Module 1 Pinnacle buffer error.

The problem is: the Module 1 is the supervisor engine.

I read on the Web that Pinnacle problems means to sync troubles between a module and the chassi. This is correct?

I can't get any type of console, just this message.

Any Ideas?

Can you try this Sup in slot 2? Also try without having any other line card in the chassis and just the Supervisor

I tried the Sup on slot 2, without any other card and without any card, including the Sup :o).

I see that URL but this is not a error that I have in my console.

I got this message:

System Power On Diagnostics Complete

Module 1 Pinnacle Buffer Error

Boot image: cat6000-bla bla bla bla.

and die here.

Weird?
