Hello,
We have a WS-CE500-24PC (12.2(25)FY-CE500-LANBASE-M) that is crashing every day or 2, and we have no idea why. Date and time reverts back to default settings, however other settings such as Voice Vlan, and roles are maintained.
The log is below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

thanks,
yes tried this over the weekend, but the problem still remains... there doesnt appear to be any pattern, its totally random. im wondering if it could possibly be a configuration issue, or more of a harware issue.

Hi friend,
Contact TAC for this. This switch is failry new so its very hard to predict any software or hardware issue on this. TAC will help you in this.
