Possible issues with Unicast reverse path forwarding in multihomed network

Are there any issues with enabling unicast reverse path forwarding on a partially meshed network? If there are 3 sites, (A, B, C) connected like a triangle, would there be issues with enabling it on site A, if it only connects to Site B to reach Site C when the circuit between A and C goes down? Routing is performed by EIGRP. That way, there really wouldn't be any asymmetric routing.

Does "A" have full routes? If you're trying to use RPF for security, having a default route pretty much destroys it.

where is RPF enabled. link between

1)A to B

2) B to A

3)B to C

4)C to B

For Internet Traffic it really depends where is the traffic entering your network and where it will exit.

for Internal traffic RPF should work fine in such scenario
