Power Supply RPS 2300

I have a RPS 2300 connected to my Cisco 2960 Switches but the switch shows the specified results

Switch3#sh env rps
RPS is FAULTED

Please let me know what can be the issue.

"RPS is FAULTED" can be seen when the RPS is powered off, is in stand-by mode, or is failed.

Verify that the RPS has its proper power feed.

Verify that the power supplies in the RPS are not failed.

Verify that on the RPS it is in active mode rather than standby.

Go thru the list and I think you will resolve the issue.
