PPPoE over 802.1Q

I need to terminate PPPoE over 802.1Q and again encapsulate them to 802.1Q on uplink port with specified VLan IDs.

My situation is mapping IP to VLan tag, is it possible?

or any solution/case studies for this purpose?

I don't think so, As IP and 802.1q mapping is in layer 2 and layer 3. I guess this cant be done
