Problem with QoS Device manager

I have a remote router (1720 running IOS ver. 12.2(4)T1. Copied latest QDM onto router(qdm-2.1.2.tar). configured router, opened Internet explorer 6.0, entered address " http://172.10.1.1/level/15/archive/flash:qdm/qdm.shtml"

able to login, the QoS device manager starts.

I get an error "Connection to 172.10.1.1 was unable to establish a connection with 172.10.1.1"

Under the QDM Console are two messages

2002 Aug 13 15:1141:05 EDT Qos Device Manager: Initialized

QDM started successfully.

2002 Aug 13 15:42:06 EDT Poller:Initialzing

Poller failed to initialize.

I followed the install instruction to tthe Tee, anyone having this problem.

2002 Sept 04 11:38:14 EDT Poller:Initializing Poller failed to initialize.
