I have a customer who is getting the following error when trying to upgrade any 2950 IOS device, I cannot find any associated bugs:

| | | .as you can see, the CLI command misses the word
| | | 'archive' in front of
| | | the 'tar /xtract' command.
Anyone else seen this error.
