QoS over C1720

Hello All,

I have the following scenario and i need your assistance in order to comple my installation.

I have a Cisco 1720 connecting my company to the frame relay network. I have a multi branch company whom i have already data running over the frame relay cloud.

We have installed Alcatel PABX with IP connection and we are connecting it to the untrusted LAN. We want to connect our offices via VOIP.

Alcatel guys want me to prioritize their voice traffic over data. Eventhough they are claiming that their packets are tagged with hight priotity by the PABX itself.

How can i make this system run and what is your sujjestions.

I guess that eventhough Alcatel PABX tagging their packets, you are not having any QoS configuration to handle these packets. You can use Frame relay traffic shaping. Please refer the following document which gives you details about how to configure at router to priortize voice class traffic.
