I recently implemented QoS in my companies' network. I am in the process of developing a QoS troubleshooting training for my OPs Team.
Do you have any sample problems, presentations or any sort of info that you wouldn't mind sharing?
(BTW - I think I already reviewed every single doc in Cisco's site). Thanks
