Question SRM with 2 chassis & HSRP

Hi all. I just wanted to throw this out there incase anyone has run into any issues.

Right now, I have 2 6500's with 2 MSFC's in each PFC2's etc. They are both running Hybrid (CatOS 8.2(1), MSFC 12.1(20)E2. Identical hardware.

I would like to run SRM in both (for line card redundancy), as well as HSRP between chassis for layer 3 redundancy and chassis redundancy.

Does anyone see an issue with this configuration?

You are on the right track.. SRM for MSFC redundancy in the chassis and HSRP for chassis redundancy is the way to go

Thanks. I just wanted to see if anyone had any issues with doing this sort on config. Or any caveats, of going with this configuration that i should be aware of.
